Impressions left on the mind will and can leave a stain that will never resemble purity, yet, you can replace those impressions with positive symbolic impacts that will help another. I kept quiet for years, which changed my outlook on life and the other gender. Moreover, I will not let it change my soul and spirit. I may look at the world with a new view, I may hold a lot of my anger and resentment in, I also may experience anxiety and depression; every day is a step closer to the clarity of mind. I will not be defeated!

Behind the Words
Being a published Author of my first book called, "Unfold - My Voice." I express my emotions in a way that everyone can understand the dynamics of my experiences. Being raped, physically abused, and cheated on repeatedly took me to an unforgiving place, which I am finally elevating my mind to forgiveness.

Life is ran of experiences and lessons. I write from my lessons and experiences which is my therapy from my past and my present. Writing brings me a greater inner peace to formulate my creative thoughts.

Becoming a professional writer is one of the goals that I am aspiring to become. In the meantime, I'm going to exhale my story for all to hear and touch those that I can.

A lot of people do not know what Reiki is, I am here to give a brief explanation.
To understand what Reiki is you have to overstand "Energy". Energy is the ability to do work. Energy is constant, so that means that energy cannot be neither created or destroyed; That is "The Law of Conservation of Energy". Reiki uses "Universal and Quantum Energy" to be able to give healing to a person or to themselves.
Rei, means universal and Ki, means life force. Reiki practice is based on the idea that we all have an unseen “life force energy” flowing through our bodies. A Reiki practitioner gently moves her hands just above or on the client’s clothed body, helping reduce stress and promote healing by encouraging a healthy flow of energy. This energy flow will not be of their own energy. The life force within the undervers will be directed through the practitioner and into and around the client.
Reiki can be used for body pain, headaches, stress, anxiety, life issues, negative thinking, broken heart, etc.... Reiki is not to replace your primary doctor or any of the treatments your doctor recommends, Reiki is to help work with your doctor with your healing and promote a healthy living experience.

I fold, only to succumb to your gravitational pull, tasting the delicacy of the juices that secretes from you, I adorn you, venting my frustrations on to your body, charting the sweetness of the words your vessel projects, erect into me, aggressively, but passionately, I submit to thee.

Write my verse and touch my verbs to your eyes, may it be attempted to breathe liquid justified, dwell in my secluded wall flourished with webs unseen, but a tone that's felt, I can't be helped, so I stay till the noise goes silent.
